- Shipping is free for your online purchases of 1500 TL and above at Çağdaş Kuyumculuk. Shipping fee for amounts below is 99.99 TL.
- The average shipping time for all products unless otherwise stated in the description is 24 hours.
- Average delivery time varies between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the density of the Yurtiçi Cargo branch you are affiliated with.
- You can track your orders on the Yurtiçi Cargo website or at the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo branch with the shipment number sent to you via SMS or e-mail.
- All your orders are sent in special boxes, with sensitive areas of the product protected. In this way, possible damage during the delivery phase is prevented.
- At Çağdaş Kuyumculuk, there is a Return and Exchange Guarantee on all products without exception, except for personalized products.
- You can send the product you have purchased and unused to us by opening a request in the Returns & Exchanges section, together with its invoice, box and packaging, within 14 days from the moment you receive it.
- Refunds will be made within 14 business days after we receive the product.
- When returning products purchased in installments by Credit Card, the product price will be divided into months equal to the number of installments and will be refunded to your card every month. This procedure is determined by your bank, not Çağdaş Kuyumculuk.
